Meet Austin Long

Austin Long, EA

Tax Advisor

Austin, an Enrolled Agent, is one of out tax advisors at Molen & Associates. He is passionate about helping hard working people with their tax headaches! He graduated December 2017 from Texas State University in San Marcos with a bachelor’s in business management and a focus in entrepreneurship.

While working his entrepreneurial internship as the operations assistant at Hays County Food Bank in San Marcos, he discovered his passion for providing food, supplies, and education to people who struggle with their finances.

Austin felt a strong connection to the poverty-stricken community in San Marcos. While they were able to do so much with the little they had, he knew that he could make a positive impact on their lives and the lives of many others.

Since completing his college education, Austin has been thrilled to be a part of the team at Molen & Associates with like-minded co-workers who truly enjoy helping others. They highly value education and have pushed Austin to continue his education in taxes and personal finance.

“While I honestly enjoy my career and the relationships I build, my primary joy comes from spending quality time with my newborn son, wife, and two corgis.”

From playing at the dog park to spending the day in Downtown Tomball, he enjoys relaxing and taking it easy. Austin hopes to travel the world with his wife and son. Austin and Sara had their first baby on June 17, 2020 and there is nothing more exciting or energizing to him than the thought of giving his all for his little one. Family is the most important thing to Austin followed by helping others, and he can honestly say that all his coworkers feel the same!
