Cathy Wright

Operations Manager

My name is Cathy Marie Wright, I was born and raised in New York City, NY. I am the youngest of 6 children and I too have 6 children. I attended Lehman College in the Bronx where I majored in Social Work. After school I moved to Massachusetts where I raised my family and worked as a substance abuse, and crisis stabilization counselor. Bouncing back after a divorce I decided I wanted to do something I loved, so I started a blues band named “Code Blue’ and started playing shows all over New England.  When my last bird left the nest, I moved to Georgia for a few years. Riding Harleys along the coast and up and down the blue ridge parkway were my favorite past times.

I began working in the hospitality industry and loved it. I was able to work in many diverse positions and loved them all.  I then moved to Texas and started another band called, “Cat and the Bayou Dogs” we played for many years together but stopped when my career took center stage.  I now have 14 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren and I have once again changed careers. I am happy to always be learning new things, reaching new goals, serving others, and following the path that the Lord has placed me on.

I love the woman that God has allowed me to become, and I cannot wait to see what new adventures he has in store for me next. Though life get hard, and it is not all a Disney ride, I know that this is where I am meant to be.’  We are excited to have Cathy as part of our Molen and Associates team.
