Rukhsar was born in Pakistan and came to the United States at the age of seven. She is originally from Dallas, TX where she grew up and went to school in Allen, TX. She has Associates degree in Business Administration from Collin College in Frisco, TX. Her background consists of accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll in addition to healthcare administration. Rukhsar is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree.

In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, reading books, cooking, and cleaning. Rukhsar also enjoys spending time with her cat, Hazel.
